Lightly sand/coat exterior teak w/Cetol
Strip all exterior teak/sand smooth/coat w/3
coats Cetol
Steam clean interior cushions
Interior cleaning, vacuum, wipe surfaces
Clean Bilges and deodorize
Remove frame and/or cover
Winter cover storage fee $40 if HHM installed/removed
Winter cover storage fee $100 if owner removed
Install Bimini or dodger
Check stuffing box - repack if needed
Check Bilge pump

Do all deemed necessary on water systems
Head & holding tank
