Pricing and Guidelines

We will work closely with you to create a personalized package designed specifically for your event. The information below is provided as a general guideline and starting point only. Please contact us directly to discuss your event in greater detail.
Our facilities can handle outdoor weddings and events of up to 300 guests, in addition to smaller indoor events of up to 150 guests.
We require a two-night full booking for all in-season, weekend weddings and events so that we may dedicate our full attention and spaces for your needs. Smaller events of less than 50 guests may not require full booking.
An event grounds fee of $250–$10,000, depending on an event's location at our facility, allows your party exclusive access to designated spaces, in addition to support staffing and clean-up.
All alcoholic beverages must be purchased directly through the Inn at Haven Harbour.
For groups over 50, the renting of comfort and relief stations is highly recommended.

Wedding and Event FAQs

  • Do you allow outside caterers?

    Yes. We allow outside caterers for any service you may need during your event. We only require that alcoholic inventories be purchased through us due to local liquor regulations, and that said caterer(s) are properly insured.

  • Is an employee on-site during event?

    Yes. Members of our events team will be on-site at all times during your event, in addition to several other Haven Harbour Marina Resorts staff during in-season dates (April–October).

  • Must all inn rooms be rented?

    Yes and no.


    For weddings using our communal spaces at Haven Harbour Marina, we may ask that all 19 rooms there be rented by the wedding party to ensure privacy and uninterrupted access to our facilities. Same goes for any other event using common areas such as the Manor House's Great Room and back lawn.


    For smaller events like business retreats and elopements, the renting of all rooms is not necessary. Our property has multiple areas for smaller event needs that will not pose as an inconvenience to other inn guests.

  • Do you have multiple venue areas?

    Yes. For outdoor events such as weddings and receptions, the Manor House's back lawn or Haven Harbour South's beach are great options. Other areas include Haven Harbour Marina's Reception Center, as well as indoor spaces like the Manor House's Great Room or the Ark Atrium and Dove Lounge areas of Haven Harbour South's newly renovated Harbor Center.

  • Do you have additional parking?

    Yes. Parking is available at both Haven Harbour Marina and Haven Harbour South, depending on the location of your event.

  • Are amenities available to guests?

    Yes. All marina amenities, including use of our swimming pools, bicycles, kayaks and more are available to your overnight wedding, conference or event attendees.

  • Are there any tent restrictions?

    No. Fortunately due to the size and location of our property, we currently have no restrictions on tent size or height.

  • Can my event date be changed?

    Yes. Your wedding or event date may be changed with reasonable notice of up to one (1) month's time prior to your arrival and/or start date, or on a special case-by-case agreement with the events and/or inn manager.
