Ark & Dove opened, managed by So Coast

Editor's note: Starting in 2025, the former Ark & Dove Restaurant and Lounge space is now exclusively a premier, year-round waterfront events venue.

We are thrilled to announce that Ark & Dove Restaurant and Lounge, located at Haven Harbour South and overlooking Rock Hall Harbor, is opened for the season, now under new management and care of the skilled team at So Coast.

“As announced near the end of last year's boating season, professional restauranteurs Chef Ryan Gray and his wife Bethany, owners of So Coast, have taken the helm of our total food and beverage offerings as tenant operators," said Managing Director Charlie Petosa. "We're excited about the elevated offering at Ark & Dove, as well as the season ahead at our dock bars, Admirals Club and Passages Bar & Grill. Congrats team So Coast!”

Currently on the menu are Shore classics, such as the chef's special blend crab dip and crab bisque, in addition to new takes on seafood-centered offerings, like spicy peppered ahi tuna sashimi, scallops and risotto, shrimp 'n' grits and the Shrimp Bethany – the chef's signature dish featuring shrimp, pappardelle pasta, savory whiskey cream sauce and crispy prosciutto.

Chef Ryan and wife Bethany are the masters behind the magic in Ark & Dove's relaunch – and its promise for the new season to come.

"We're very excited to offer several unique dining experiences to slipholders, surrounding communities and out-of-town guests," said Bethany. "Our team specializes in creating diverse menus, delicious flavors and hospitality to enhance Haven Harbour's already breathtaking atmosphere."

Also currently on the menu are handcrafted cocktails, local craft beer and a selection chef-inspired flatbreads. Menu items will change throughout the year, and are designed to be based on seasonal ingredients and the best in local availability.
