The Inn at Haven Harbour is a premier Chesapeake Bay resort destination located in Rock Hall, Maryland close to Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington, D.C. Manor House
Eleven guest rooms across three levels that accompany our ground floor Great Room where a delicious continental breakfast is served each morning from 8:00–10:00 a.m. Step onto a spacious outdoor deck that gives way to stunning views of Swan Creek.

Cottage
Two suites occupy our Cottage. On the first floor, a two bedroom, two bath waterfront family suite with full kitchen, dining and living areas is perfect for friends and family. Or, climb upstairs for a separate king-size bedroom suite with shower and stand-alone whirlpool tub, complete with sitting area and waterfront balcony.

Boat House
Five charming guest suites occupy this two-story dwelling with communal kitchen, dining and living areas. The design of the Boat House allows for rooms to be reserved individually or as a collective, accommodating even the largest families and groups. Hop on one of the complimentary bicycles located right outside and explore all that Rock Hall has to offer.

Pilot House
A full-house rental boasting three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, two large sitting rooms, a full size kitchen, dining room and laundry. Two private balconies join a rear patio and large lawn. Your furry friends will rejoice as this is a pet-friendly lodging. Breakfast is not included with this rental.

Crew Quarters
This full-house rental comes with six sleeping areas, including three queen-size beds, twin bunk beds, a twin-size daybed with trundle, as well as two pull-out sofas, full kitchen, dining room and laundry. The large second floor deck overlooks a spacious waterfront lawn. Breakfast is not included with this rental.

Dry Dock
Featuring two separate suites, one on each floor, the Dry Dock is perfect for a weekend getaway. Each includes a full bath, kitchen and relaxing living areas. SEASONAL SPECIALS: Current slipholders enjoy 10%-off and no resort fee on stays. All other guests receive their third night free when booking two or more consecutive nights, no matter the days of the week.
HUNTERS WELCOME: Our Pilot House and Crew Quarters are the perfect rentals for your hunting group. With various sleeping accommodations, these rental homes comfortably sleep 10–14 each. Other features include full kitchens, spacious common areas and private decks. Contact inn@havenharbour.com to get started with your reservation.

Information
CHECK-IN:
3:00–5:00 p.m. (3:00–6:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday, June–November) or by appointment. Guests check-in at the Manor House. After-hours check-ins are also done at the Manor House, but with advanced notice only.
CHECK-OUT:
11:00 a.m. Guests should return room keys and complete check-out at the main office of Haven Harbour Marina no later than 11:00 a.m. Failure to return room keys upon check-out will result in an additional $50.00 charge.
EARLY CHECK-INS and LATE CHECK-OUTS:
We will strive to meet guests requiring an early check-in with advanced notice, however we cannot guarantee early check-ins. Late check-outs may be granted up to one hour, with advanced notice only. For a guaranteed early check-in of 1:00 p.m. and extended check-out of 12:00 noon, consider purchasing our FlexTime package, if applicable with your reservation.
DEPOSIT:
A deposit equal to one-night’s stay (full-stay deposit for a reservation made for a holiday or event weekend) will be charged to credit card used for reservation upon confirmation. Reservations made for a holiday or event weekend will be charged the full rate upon confirmation of the reservation.
RESORT FEE: Room reservations are subject to a $20.00 resort fee. Haven Harbour Marina and Haven Harbour South slipholders are exempt from said fee.

SMOKING:
We are an entirely smoke-free facility and appreciate your cooperation with this policy. Any room found to have evidence of smoking will be charged an additional $150.00 cleaning fee.
CHILDREN:
We are a family-friendly resort. However, many of our guests make a visit to Rock Hall for relaxation. We appreciate young children not being allowed to act in a manner that disrupts or disturbs other guests. Children under the age of 15 must be supervised at all times, and must have an adult present when using amenities such as the swimming pools, bicycles, kayaks and more.
PETS:
Our Lazarette suite, Pilot House and Crew Quarters rentals are pet-friendly. There is a deposit of $35.00 per pet, per night. No pets are permitted in any other rooms. If evidence of pets is found in a non-permitted room, an additional $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
BREAKFAST:
A complimentary continental breakfast is served daily from 8:00–10:00 a.m. in the Manor House’s Great Room. Breakfast is not available for guests renting the Pilot House and Crew Quarters due to their full kitchens. We will try to accommodate any dietary restrictions as best we can with advanced notice. However, this is not a made-to-order breakfast. Continental breakfasts are available for overnight guests only. For instances when the inn manger is not available, vouchers to a local coffee shop with be given in lieu of continental breakfast (excluding rental home guests).
All rooms and suites feature streaming service access and complimentary Wi-Fi internet. Guests also have unlimited use of Haven Harbour Marina Resorts amenities. For those requiring first floor accessibility, the Boat House's Buckley and the Dry Dock's Lazarette are conveniently located on ground levels. Our rooms are not accessible by elevator.
