Charlie Petosa, who has served with dedication as Managing Director since 2021, has amicably concluded his role following a thoughtful and well-planned leadership transition. Ed Cecil has assumed the role of general manager of Haven Harbour. Ed brings an extraordinary depth of experience and knowledge to this role, having worked at Haven Harbour South (formerly the Sailing Emporium) since May 14, 1982. In fact, today marks Ed's remarkable 43rd anniversary with the marina – a milestone that also signifies the beginning of an exciting new chapter. 

Ed's enduring dedication to our community, extensive expertise in marina operations and unwavering commitment to customer service make him exceptionally well-suited for this leadership role.
